REFUND POLICY

At uae.peiramaparfums.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy clearly explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the responsibilities of both the customer and the store.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged upon delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is defective or not as described

  • The order cannot be fulfilled by us after payment confirmation

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order along with clear proof (photos or description of the issue).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or not in their original packaging

  • Products returned without prior notification

  • Change of mind after purchase for hygiene and safety reasons related to perfume products

  • Shipping and handling fees (unless the return is due to our error)

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed accordingly.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

4. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

5. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback with their bank.

RETURN POLICY

At uae.peiramaparfums.com, we aim to ensure that all products reach you in perfect condition. This Return Policy explains the terms and conditions for product returns and customer responsibilities.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only under the following conditions:

  • The delivery packaging has not been opened; or

  • The product received is damaged; or

  • The wrong product was delivered.

Please notify us before returning the product. Items must be returned in their original packaging, sealed, untampered, and unused.

2. Return Conditions

We can only accept returns of products that:

  • Have not been used or opened

  • Remain sealed and in original packaging

  • Are returned with proof of purchase

  • Are shipped back using a registered courier service

If all conditions are met, we will either send a replacement product or issue a refund.

3. Refusal of Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any returned shipment if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with

  • The product is not in its original condition

  • The return request is made outside the stated return period

4. Shipping & Handling Fees

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items sent by us.
